Are you ready to place your order?  If you are ready then you are in the right place!  This page tells you how to place an order.

Placing an order:

You will need to send us an email (pfox@foxxycreations.com) to place an order.  It is very important that you read all the information on this page before sending your order!

What should be in your email:

1. Your first and last name.

2. If you are sending the message from an email address other then that which you prefer we contact you (if  necessary) then please tell us your preferred email.

3. What is your order?  Please be specific!   We need to know how many of which product you want, what the products name is and which color beads you would like (if it is one with a choice)!  The fewer questions we have to ask you the quicker we can get to your order!

4. Make sure you have read the payment information below as well as the entire description of the product and the return policy!

5. Will you be picking up the order or having it shipped to you?  If you are going to have it shipped then we will need a billing address as well as a shipping address if it is different then the billing address.  If you are going to pick it up then we will not need your address.  Also, if we will be shipping please let us know if you would like to pay using pay pal or a money order so that payment arrangements can be made.

6.  If there is anything else you would like to include in the email please do so!

Payment:

There are two ways of paying and getting the jewelry to you; pickup & shipping.

1. Pick up; If you are able to pick up the order in Jackson, MI there will be no shipping and handling fee's added to your order.  You may only pay in cash (exact is preferred as we do not always have change - we are a small business!).

2. Shipped to you;  Orders can be shipped to your address after payment is received.  There are several ways for payment in this case, Pay Pal or Money Order.  If this type of payment is needed we can talk by email to further arrange payment.  If using pay pal I can request a payment upon knowing your email used with pay pal.  If paying through a money order our address can be given for you to send payment and upon receiving payment the order will be placed in the mail.

 Shipping Prices:

- Initial shipping charge $5 unless otherwise stated in product description which is on the product page.

- Additional Items add $1 - $3 depending on the item (this is also listed in the product description of the product page).
